Select your service plan and define your investment parameters — which states, certificate types (tax lien vs. tax deed), target face values, and maximum risk tolerance. Our onboarding team configures your profile within 24 hours.

  • Choose from Starter (CA), Pro (all 3 states), or Elite (unlimited + custom)
  • Define target certificate face value range (e.g., $5K–$150K)
  • Select preferred property types and counties
  • Set acquisition authorization threshold (auto-approve or manual review)
  • Configure notification preferences for auction alerts
